After-School Art Education and Youth Enrichment

We provide year-round art education and enrichment for Binghampton youth (ages 7-14) through vibrant after-school programs, spring activities and summer camps.

For the Arts Education portion, participants engage in activities like painting, sculpture, mural-making, music, dance, and collaborative workshops that develop artistic skills while building teamwork and inspiring confidence.

For youth enrichment, the kids engage in a variety of activities that center around mindfulness, physical activity, and wellness. Bike riding, skateboarding, gardening and cooking classes are a few of the enrichment classes your child may take.

Seeds of Peace After-School Arts Education & Youth Enrichment Program (Fall 2026 )

September 1 - December 10

The Carpenter Art Garden’s Seeds of Peace after school program is the major component in carrying out our mission. This program serves the Binghampton community through art, mindfulness, urban farming workshops, and youth entrepreneurship. Our program creates a safe and supportive environment where participants can engage in meaningful art based activities that promote personal growth, community bonding and sustainable living.
